The holiday villa rental is available for South of France lettings throughout the year and comfortably sleeps twelve adults. The holiday villa rental occupies a double size plot giving the French Riviera villa a wonderful feeling of space and tranquility. Adjacent on one side is land under a permanent conservation order, adding to the peace and quiet of the La Bergerie accommodation.

La Bergerie Domaine de la Pinede, Croix Valmer La Bergerie is a classical Provençal villa which has been thoroughly modernised. The villa sits centrally in a two acre garden which gives a sense of space and seclusion that is rarely found in the prime locations along the French coast.

In line with EU regulations the swimming pool is surrounded by a fence with a child proof gate. Most of the photographs shown on this sight were taken before the fence was installed.

Ground Floor
A large sitting room (12.70x5.90m) with an attractive Provencal fireplace dominates the downstairs.  The room is equipped with a television and satellite receiver as well as a radio and CD player.  Quadruple French doors open out onto the garden on one side and an archway to the dining room on another.  The dining room (8 x 3.80m) opens out to a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue; perfect for outdoors dining for all times of day. 

Next to the dining room is a new bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath, shower basin and w.c., and a dressing area.  Also on the ground floor is a small twin bedroom; opposite this bedroom is a cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin.
 
The kitchen is large and modern, containing an eyelevel oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge and a dishwasher; a door leads to the laundry room with washing machines and another fridge.

First Floor

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, all air conditioned, and four bathrooms.  The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, w.c. and two basins and a private terrace with stunning sea views.  One twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and basin, separate w.c.  A double bedroom has ensuite shower room with basin and w.c. and sea views. A further bedroom has twin beds and garden view.  There is a family bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate w.c.

The Garden
The large garden is well landscaped and full of local plant life.  The swimming pool (12m by 4m) is a feature of the garden, surrounded by a paved area with a covered arbour, shower, garden furniture and a lawn.   The garden also boasts a boulle course and a table tennis board.
